Never received product
Ordered on 2/23/20 and it is now 6/24/20 and STILL no product. The tacking number leads to a facility in China.

Never recieved my order. The website is misleading
I ordered a dog harness from Doggy Market on April 7th. I was misled to believe that it would be shipped within 48hours.
I notified them after 2 weeks and only got a phony tracking number. They said it takes 14 to 28 days to ship. This means they are shipping from another country. I could have paid half as much and order from China If I wanted to wait that long.
I now have to order and wait for a company in the USA.
at least I hope they are. I assumed by the website this company was located here!!

Awful customer service
I ordered a doggy carrier April 9th of 2020. I understood the shipment being 14-28 days as we are currently in a pandemic.
But it is now May 24th and still no package. This company is horrible and I do not recommend buying from them. They dont answer emails and have no number to call. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Youre better off going through amazon or another company. Just outright awful.

Item took forever to arrive. It does not fit as recommended by their size chart.
I returned with plenty of time to spare asking for a larger size.
The mail must have been slow due to Christmas. They said the return time had expired and sent me the original sweater back!

Junk stuff
There stuff is two small and cheaply made. Backpack had *** in zipper.
Had to wait a month for it. Costs to much to send back going to have to take a fortyfive dollar loss.

Same here!!! Been over a month, no carrier, no response but still getting the marketing emails.
I’m struggling with the same thing. I order a doggy carrier and order it April 9th and still have yet to receive my package. Awful service!!
